Postage COSTS

Postage has changed.

We have now introduced one shipping cost on all orders of $20.

We are trying to keep everyone happy. We encourage you to talk to your friends, add your orders together, share the cost of delivery and enjoy opening your parcels and assembling them together. It saves on postage, packaging, carbon and makes the experience a collective and memorable one.

Shop to your heart's content knowing you will only have to pay $20 for postage no matter how big the truck is that delivers all your goodies!

The more you add to your cart the better the deal is for you. We don't want to increase our prices to include shipping. We aim to be fair. We hope you agree.

Aunt Jenny will make every effort to ensure that you receive a FREE copy of the newsprint version of the Ashford "The Wheel" Magazine along with a new product brochure. This is subject to availability. Should your order not come with either of these, then please accept our apologies, it just means they are unavailable. Chances are, that with your NEXT order, you will receive these.  

How is my order Handled

All orders are processed Monday - Friday.You will receive a notification that your order has been processed and also another notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been fulfilled. We love keeping you up to date so if you have an item on backorder we will be in touch with updates regarding this also.

Should you purchase a product that is out of stock and still on the production line. Stock levels change daily so you will be notified if this is the case and the product will be placed on back order - we will let you know the estimated date of when it will be back in stock and keep you updated. As soon as your item is back instock it will be sent and you will receive a tracking number completing your order.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Expected delivery times can vary between 5-10 days as our goods travel Australia wide and also between New Zealand and Australia.

Goods are delivered using Australia Post and DHL.

Delivery is to the address provided.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number, you can follow the progress of your parcel by clicking on the tracking information.

Packing and Posting Service

Your order is packed with care and consideration. Orders being dispatched from the factory in New Zealand are packed into boxes with that can be easily handled. Ashford use DHL as their courier provider. We also use Australia Post postage packs in Australia with delivery direct to your door.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number, you can follow the progress of your parcel by clicking on the tracking information link sent to you once your order has been fulfilled.

Returns and Exchange

Aunt Jenny believes that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.

Aunt Jenny does not refund the cost of RETURN POSTAGE CHARGES, these will be at the cost of the person returning the goods.

In some circumstances, Aunt Jenny may charge a restocking fee of 7% for items returned for "change of mind" or "incorrect purchase" sales. Circumstances include but are not limited to: Items that have been opened, Items that are unable to fit in a standard Australia Post Prepaid 3kg Satchel dimensions 405 x 310mm), Items purchased using our After Pay Service.  

You MUST return a product within 25 days from the date of delivery.

If returned goods are not in their original packaging and/or are not in their original condition, i.e has been used, there are signs of assembly or the item is damaged in any way, then Aunt Jenny has the right to refuse a refund but a "partial refund" may be offered. 

Partial refunds can only be determined once items have been received and reviewed. 

If you are in any doubt about your order, please contact us before committing to the sale, we are more than happy to help.    

Damaged in transit is rare however if it happens we will take FULL responsibility for it. 

For damaged or faulty goods on arrival, we will ask you to send through a photograph of the damage or faulty goods and also identify the product by its manufacturing details - these can be found on the side of the box that it was packaged in.

You MUST contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery if your item has been damaged in transit.
